Launched in May 2014, World FZO has headquarters in Dubai and aims to bring together free zones from different parts of the world and create a common platform for achieving collective objectives and resolve shared issues. What started with a single free zone in 1959, the concept of free zone has spread throughout the globe, creating nearly 3,500 free zones and 70 million jobs.
